David Bowie to be honored at Glastonbury 2016

Glastonbury Festival has announced plans to honor the late David Bowie during this year’s event. The musical icon passed away this January shortly after releasing his latest album Blackstar.

Speaking with Radio X, Michael Eavis, the founder of the festival, revealed that Bowie’s full set from his performance in 2000 will be “shown on one of the screens when the stages are shut down,” essentially making the Ziggy Stardust-artist a posthumous headliner again this year. Other headliners include Coldplay and P.J. Harvey.

Glastonbury Festival will be held June 24-28th. You can watch David Bowie’s performance of “Heroes” from the 2000 festival below.
