The Florida DJ community is working together to raise funds for the victims of the mass shooting that occurred at Pulse Nightclub in Orlando, Florida last weekend in which 49 people lost their lives. The #OrlandoStrong Live Fundraiser for Orlando powered by Mixify will begin streaming Saturday, June 18 at 10 am. There will be three simultaneous streams to choose from, with a rotating mix of DJs that will last until 1am. Donations will be accepted via Mixify and will go to the Pulse Victims Fund through the official GoFundMe campaign created by Equality Florida.
“As DJs, we’re trying to do our part in giving back to our community in a time where we all need to be united. It spreads awareness to how each and every part of the community came together,” said Mustafa Elgharbawy (EVO).
