Kid Froopy is probably one of my favorite artists at the moment and I’m fairly certain that unless there’s a drastic shift in his sound in the next week it’ll probably stay that way for quite some time. The mysterious producer is stepping closer and closer into the limelight with each passing release and “Drive Slow” might be his best yet.
The record is quintessential Froopy at his finest. Smooth 80s influence awash with lyrics and vocals that will teleport you behind the driver’s seat for that late night drive through a cinematic cityscape night-line. There’s not much else left to say other than to smash that play button and see for yourself.
Move over Calvin Harris, because Kid Froopy just dropped the late night driving song for the summer.
