With Flume’s sophomore album Skin still making the rounds, the Australian producer has embarked on a global tour. As he gears up for several more shows, many of which are sold out, he’s recruited French producer Martin Solveig to officially remix his major radio single, “Never Be Like You.”
The original, defined by Flume’s signature future bass sound, gets flipped into a pop-house feature that highlights Kai’s ethereal vocals. Solveig’s remix of “Never Be Like You” turns the bass down to make room for a bright beat and horn arrangement that’s large enough to shake up festival floors.
With Solveig’s new official remix, there’s no telling what else Flume has up his sleeve while he remains on tour until the end of 2016.
