Party Favor’s entry into the bass arena of EDM has been met with astronomical success. Earning acclaim for his work remixing his successful peers, his career reached a peak in adding “Mad Decent signee” to his resumé. His achievements attracted the attention of Mountain Dew, who recruited him to produce the background track for the latest in their “Freak Chain” commercials.
The clip later became known as “Wiggle Wop,” crescendoing in tune with Dew consumers to erupt into spastic motion akin to the nature of the drop playing behind it. Party Favor recently released the full version which features Keno’s encouraging exclamations aiding the overall “booty bounce” effect. Its ultimate recognition came in the form of a movie soundtrack – “Wiggle Wop” plays a cameo in a scene of Neighbors 2, where the film’s star Zac Efron awkwardly displays courtship in the form of dance.
