Slushii has steadily grown as a producer since gaining notoriety on SoundCloud in 2016, relentlessly crafting dynamic remixes for artists like Skrillex and Kayzo, and even singing for the first time on his most recent release, “Step By Step.”
While remixes and singles offer listeners a glimpse into the creative mind of the DJ behind the decks, it is ultimately an album that most cohesively showcases a producer’s aesthetic and sound. A comparatively deeper and more focused final product than a single, a debut album is a career milestone and one to which Slushii is now closer than ever before.
After teasing news of his debut album for weeks, Slushii has announced that his album will drop on August 4th. Titled Out Of Light, the LP is sure to illuminate the industry’s perception of Slushii’s already unique sound.
Slushii has also unveiled the phase one tour dates for his adjoining “Out Of Light” tour set to commence September 29th in San Jose, California.
