Preparations for Sensation Source of Light in Copenhagen are coming along nicely. Below you’ll find important information to ensure a smooth start to an unforgettable night.
VENUE DOORS
The venue opens at 6 PM. The show starts at 7:30 PM. Make sure you are on time for the spectacular opening. The show ends at 02:59 AM.

DRESS CODE
Please note that if you are not dressed in white you are not admitted to the event. The white dress code means that your top and bottom need to be white. Jeans in other colours than white are not allowed. You can wear shirts with small prints and accessories of another colour. Your shoes do not have to be white.

MINIMUM AGE
The minimum age for Sensation is 18 years. You will be refused entry if you are under the age of 18, with no possibility of refund.
TICKETS
Please bring your ticket as well as a photo ID (passport or a drivers license) to the venue. To get in fast, make sure that you keep your ticket and ID ready. Once you have entered the venue, re-entrance is not possible if you leave. If you are carrying tickets for friends, please make sure everyone holds their own tickets before you enter the event.
IMPORTANT: If you bought a ticket at Sensation.com, please make sure that you download and print your e-ticket(s). If you have ordered 2 or more e-tickets make sure you print all of them as every e-ticket has a unique barcode. If you do not have a copy of your e-ticket(s), you will not be allowed to enter the event.

DELUXE
If you have purchased a Deluxe ticket, you will be given a special wristband at the entrance. This wristband will grant you access to the Deluxe area and will also allow you to claim your free bar at the Deluxe area. The free bar includes soft drinks, spirits, beer, wine, water, and coffee. You are not allowed to bring drinks from the Deluxe area into the main room.
BOX OFFICE / TICKETING
Buy your ticket in advance at Sensation.com or Billetlugen.dk. The online sale will continue until 12 AM on 3rd of November. From 5 PM on the 3rd of November tickets can be purchased at the box office on the corner of Parken, between entrance B and C. Regular tickets are priced at 615 DKK + handling fee and Deluxe tickets at 1515 DKK + handling fee. Both cash and credit cards are accepted as payment.
IMPORTANT
The following cards are accepted at the box office: VISA, Dankort, VISA/Dankort, Diners and MasterCard. The following cards are NOT accepted at the box office: American Express and Maestro

S-train Station: Østerport or Nordhavn.

PARKING
There are very limited parking spaces around the venue and we therefore advise you to take public transport to Sensation.
TAXI’S
Taxi’s will be available throughout the night at the main entrance of the venue.
LOCKERS
There are lockers available at Parken. Each locker holds up to 4 jackets or coats. Please note that you are not allowed into the stadium if you are not dressed in white. The lockers are located outside at the B entrance and the C/D entrance. Costs are 100 DKK for rental plus a 50 DKK deposit for the key, which will be refunded on return of the key. It is recommended to pay with exact change. Additional info is available on www.lockerbox.nl
There will be free lockers for Deluxe ticket holders, but you will still need to put down a deposit of 50 DKK for the key, which is refunded on return of the key.
SENSATION MERCHANDISE
Sensation has compiled a unique collection of shirts and jackets, which are available at the official Sensation merchandise stand outside the stadium, as well as inside the stadium in the main area.
PAYMENT IN PARKEN
The payment of food & beverage is predominantly cash, but credit cards are also accepted. There is no cash machine at Parken, so make sure to bring enough cash.
TOILETS
There are plenty of toilets in the venue. They are all free of charge.
SMOKING AREAS
Smoking is only allowed in the specially marked smoking area outside entrance C. It is possible to buy cigarettes at the venue.
PHOTO & VIDEO
To be sure you capture all special moments at Sensation, you are free to bring your mobile and/or digital camera. Professional photo and video cameras may only be used by people who have received special press accreditation. Be sure to show off your favourite photos on our Facebook page.
