Electric Forest is one of the best places on earth… for spotting wooks!
We don’t call out anyone for being a wook as an insult mind you, but more like a term of endearment for how far and creatively they take their simple music festival lifestyle to the extreme.
Thanks to Colorado Big Game Trophy Wook Hunters, this wook was captured in his natural habitat — at Bassnectar’s headlining set at Ranch Arena — going about his usual wook business, cooking himself a fine steak dinner in the middle of the massive crowd.
CBGTWH shared the following photo and blurb on Facebook: The Wookout Cookout caught from deep inside the trenches at Bassnectar last Saturday at Electric Forest [weekend 1]. This hunter-gatherer type wook claimed he had caught his provisions earlier in the day and was simply enjoying the meats of his labor to the sweet sounds of his “Lord and Savior Lorin.” I left him to enjoy his Steaknectar in peace.
This is one of the weirder things we’ve seen at a show, but we’ll see if anything tops it during Bassnectar’s closing set at Electric Forest weekend 2 tonight!
