Now, according to sources from TMZ, Kath has responded one month later with a lawsuit accusing his former bandmate of defamation.
Kath’s suit is claiming that Glass’ allegations have cost the band as much as $300,000 in profits from a recently canceled tour. Kath issued the following statement on Glass’ claims, citing substance abuse issues as the real reason behind her departure from the electro-punk music group.
