1.  HARD Day of the Dead

HARD‘s once defunct Day of the Dead property is officially back, slated for November 3 at the event’s original home at LA Historic Park in downtown Los Angeles. Headlining DOTD’s comeback edition is Justice, breaking out their live stage rig for one final outing, exactly six years to the day after the Parisian legends headlined the inaugural Day of the Dead. South African rave-rap pioneers Die Antwoord and Knife Party also top this year’s lineup, along with a stacked cast of supporting acts.

2. DJ Snake’s Halloween double-header

The French superpower is slithering his way to both New York and LA for the freakiest week of the year. Snake is slated to headline New York City’s Avant Gardner on October 26 and Los Angeles’ legendary Shrine Expo Hall on October 31. The headlining shows will be Snake’s only territory headline appearances of the year, and each show is expected to feature state-of-the-art production.

3. Wisconsin’s JAWBREAKER Fest

Milwaukee’s Wisconsin Center is housing the Midwest’s quintessential Halloween festival this year: the very first double-day JAWBREAKER, specifically tailored for electronic lovers, October 27-28. With a fully-loaded lineup featuring the likes of GRiZ, ODESZA, Louis The Child, RL Grime, ZEDD, SLUMBERJACK, and more, the festival is sure to spawn a fierce following. Easily accessible to Chicagoans, the other electronic mecca of the Midwest, the venue is located just a few blocks from the Milwaukee Amtrak station.

4. Toronto’s Halloween Freakout

Toronto’s recent drum ‘n’ bass fever has spawned its annual Freakout at 401 Mini Indy Go-Karts. With a brimming lineup featuring Andy C, Rusko, and Dirtyphonics, along with Hunter Siegel hosting a No Neon room, Freakout is slated for a ghastly good time going down Saturday, October 27.

5. Hakkasan Group’s Halloweek festivities

Hakkasan Group is pulling out all the stops for Halloween 2018. The Las Vegas hospitality giant is extending Halloween to a full week, running holiday themed festivities at each of their properties across the strip, spanning from October 25 – October 31. As the month winds down, an eclectic cast of talent will descend upon Vegas — drawing the likes of Steve Aoki, Kaskade, ZEDD, NGHTMRE, Martin Garrix, Borgore, and Lil Uzi Vert to name a few, for one of the busiest party weeks of the year.

6. Wynwood Fear Factory’s Halloween Weekend in Miami

Summer festival season may be long gone, but the events circuit shows no signs of slowing as fall lineups begin to pour in. Thanks to the organizers at Diskolab, Miami just became a top contender for Halloween weekend destinations. Mana Wynwood Warehouse will host some of the most in-demand electronic acts in the country across October 26 – 27, with a roster topped by RL Grime and Galantis, along with Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike billed as the weekend’s special guests.

The rest of the lineup boasts a solid supporting cast with performances from Getter, Tritonal, Keys N Krates, and Duke Dumont all locked in. This year’s lineup also includes Blackgummy, BROHUG, and Deorro among others.

7. Caen’s Nördik Impakt

The freaky Frenchman of Nördik Impakt are letting loose a cannon of across-the-board underground electronic acts this year in Caen, France for the Halloween season. With a lineup featuring the likes of Charlotte De Witte, Maceo Plex, and Nicole Moudaber, taking off October 24-27, Caen patrons will surely feel full-throttle Impakt of the most malicious variety.

8. San Bernardino’s Escape: Psycho Circus
