DJing is an art for Danny Avila. He takes his selection and mixing seriously, ensuring he can meet all his crowds’ demands by searching far and wide across the dance music spectrum. His passion for DJing bleeds into his own productions — his repertoire is diverse, yet unified by his ability to make an infectious production regardless of which style he’s writing under.
Avila has been riding a wave of success for the 2018 festival season with the release of “Too Good to Be True,” which tapped the talents of Machine Gun Kelly and resulted in a veritable anthem. He’s been rinsing the tune far and wide, undergoing a tour schedule that brings him to major global festivals, and special club events multiple days out of the week. Thankfully, the young talent took some time to sit down and put together a mix for Dancing Astronaut to host. Let its flavors of commercial and future house, euphoria-inducing vocals, and smooth melodies create pleasant imagery of poolsides and mixed drinks.
