Hard Fest presents Hard Summer 2013, in downtown Los Angeles, Ca in LA State Historic Park, August 3-4 2013. This years festival will be going as HARD as possible, headliners including Justice, Bassnectar, Knife Party, Dog Blood, and Empire of Sun.
