Klingande reworks Foster The People’s ‘Pumped Up Kicks’ [LISTEN]

When Foster the People‘s colossal “Pumped Up Kicks” came out in 2010, avid listeners propelled the indie pop song to fame, leading it to the top of the charts worldwide.

It’s been seven years since its initial release, but melodic house savant Klingande thought he’d try his hand at reworking the iconic track. His rendition, out Sept. 8 on Ultra, features the producer’s signature sun-soaked summer house vibes. A delicate melody dances over a tropical bass line, reminiscent of the producer’s famed “Jubel” track.

The platinum-selling French producer continues to impress, with each new release reminding the listener that Klingande’s good vibes are here to stay.
