Ojivolta has given Kyle and Lil Yachty‘s “iSpy” a completely new spin. The indie-pop duo Ojivolta is based in Los Angeles, California. The name “Ojivolta” is a mashup of the two producers’ names, Oji and Volta.
Ojivolta’s originality has recently been shining, as they translate their unique studio productions superbly into a live setting. The live set that Ojivolta uses consists of custom instruments and software devices, such as their blocks box, ROLI rise keyboard and drum pads. This allows them the versatility a musician needs and deserves, and it also allows them to improvise and collaborate with other musicians flawlessly.
The remix is chock-full of various trap, electronic, and hip-hop elements. A punchy bass during the buildup and a thumping kick during the drop are what drive this remix to play perfectly in the clubs. They keep the energy going throughout the entire remix. Ojivolta have outdone themselves with this remix.
Ojivolta’s “iSpy” remix comes after their successful official remix release of “Feel It Still” by Portugal The Man.
