Le Youth has made his mark on the electronic music scene through his signature sound: pairing of classic R&B samples with laid back nu disco beats. Since releasing the celebrated single “C O O L” four years ago, the house aficionado has gone on to release a slew of other successful tracks – including “Dance With Me,” “R E A L,” “Touch,” and “Boomerang” – all of which attest to the LA-native’s mastery of coupling groovy basslines with heartfelt melodies.
Adding to his successful resume, which includes well-received singles, festival appearances around the globe, and high-profile remixes, among other accomplishments, Le Youth has announced the launch of a new label project, titled Homewerk, along with the release of his debut single on the label, “Me Without You.” The DJ/producer announced the new label and track as he kicks off a 13-date North American tour.
Available to purchase on October 7, “Me Without You” features Le Youth’s signature 90s-influenced sound. The track combines soft yet impassioned vocals with retro synth stabs in a way that showcases the artist’s knack for merging soulful R&B and atmospheric house soundscapes.
