Michael Woods ties up his year with his EP ‘Ctrl +Alt + Delete’. Woods, the DJ, producer, and Diffused label founder releases his EP today on Diffused.
If the previous success gardened by his previous releases is anything to go by, ‘Ctrl + Alt + Delete’ looks to finish off the year at a equally great pace. His most recent release ‘The Pit’ earned significant buzz within the industry, and was officially remixed by Los Angeles based trap artists gLAdiator, as well as musically advantageous, The Zombie Kids.
Opening track ‘Ctrl’ is Woods at his finest, a snappy, hand clapped, drum sound that leads the track before a wash of synths and electronic layers infuse before the 90 second mark hits with a huge Michael Woods drop. From this point onwards ‘Ctrl’ is transformed into a dance-floor classic in the making. ‘Alt’ sees this sound continue and, once released, this is the track sure to get bodies moving up and down the country.
