There are many sides to the musical output of British prospect Poté. While his Fire for Fire EP took a far more experimental approach, his roots are laced deeply in a vivid output of club work, which once in a while the London-based producer slips comfortably back into. ‘Model’ is a blissful example of one of these moments, building from the ground up with that signature rhythmic panache to form a beautifully minimalistic club record that speaks volumes for Poté’s versatility as a rising UK player.
