The night club turned prominent multimedia entertainment business was bought by Sony Music UK. The Ministry of Sound has nothing but good words to say about them selling the company to Sony as The Ministry feels Sony will be able to take the once local based label to a much broader, global scale.

Sony also seems very excited about the acquisition of the revolutionary label.
