Los Angeles-based producers Two Friends are well-known for their spunky and vibrantly wild revamps of originals. Their latest, a take on MGMT‘s anthem, “Kids,” is undeniably catchy.
Keeping the original lyrics from the electro-pop powerhouse, Two Friends successfully incorporate their own sound, highlighting the all-encompassing melody of the track in good measure. Adding additional emphasis to the beat, without aggressively altering the BPM, the track receives a whole new feel to the popular classic, transforming the song completely.
Two Friends currently are wrapping up their nationwide tour where they played more than 20 shows in cities like their hometown of LA and large universities such as University of Texas and more.
