While most people know Weekend 2 of Coachella as the more toned down weekend, this year’s event received a swift kick in the ass due to the untimely death of Prince that previous Thursday. Friday in particular was filled with tributes, and Saturday and Sunday both followed suit.
Of particular note is Usher’s surprise appearance during Major Lazer’s set on Sunday to perform “I Would Die 4 U” and “1999.”

User has hopped on stage with Major Lazer before to perform a live remix of “Climax,” but not since 2012.
