Well this is quite a lucky week for Chicago, but you know we love you so we’ve got another giveaway on deck! This time it’s for North Coast Music Festival. Also known as Summer’s Last Stand, this festival surely knows how to end summer in a big way. Entering it’s 8th year of magic, North Coast Music Festival takes place at Union Park September 1st through the 3rd. I personally am STOKED for Deadmau5 B2B Eric Prydz which has been long overdue for Chicago. Along with those two on Friday includes Gucci Mane and a live set from Bonobo. Saturday boasts impressive names like STS9, Carnage, and Post Malone alongside hometown hero’s Manic Focus and Whethan. Rounding out the weekend is Tipper, Ween, and Primus for headliners. Throughout the day you’ve got names like Destructo, Ganja White Knight and Hippie Sabotage to keep you moving. Attached with the festival this year includes yoga, a silent disco paired with a live art gallery, and a new stage announcement featuring some of Chicago’s local favorites curated by genre.
