2018 will see many artists announce tours, but Zeds Dead will not be one of them.
The Canadian duo recently took to Facebook to notify fans that the year will bring a touring schedule significantly less rigorous than their 2017.
âThis year weâve decided to do things a bit differently than usual,â Zeds Dead writes. âWe wonât be on the road as much, very little actually. Weâre going to be focusing on creating new Zeds Dead music, growing our label Deadbeats, our radio show, working to make our live shows even better, and possibly stopping to smell the roses once in a while.â
The Northern Lights producers assure fans that the year will still yield âtons of new musicâ originating not only from the Zeds Dead brand, but from their Deadbeats imprint as well.
While the hiatus will temporarily remove the bass aficionados from the touring track, fans will have the ability to catch Zeds Dead at a number of summer festivals, including Okeechobee Music Festival.
